| Posted: | | | | (edited to reflect changes noted by others)DeepDiscount (previously known as DeepDiscountDVD) is holding their 20% Off sale again. Didn't see it mentioned yet, apparently started 11/8 and ends 11/25. They DO ship internationally, so the weak dollar makes for a particular advantage here. Sale is for released items only, i.e. doesn't apply to pre-order (reported to apply for backordered stock too) in DVD/HD/BD, Posters, Puzzles, Games and Storage Accessories. Each code was previously only useable only once per person (account), but this is recently reported to no longer be the case. But if you order more than once and don't see the discount applied before checkout, move on to a different code. | Posted: | | | | DVDPlanet is also running a 20% off sale until November 21st. Use coupon code: "20offsale" to get 20% off. And unlike Deep Discount, this code can be used multiple times. As for the Deep Discount sale, I've already ordered Stargate SG-1 Seasons 6 & 7 (now I only need season 10 ) and Oz Seasons 5 & 6 to complete my Oz collection. I'll probably go ahead and get the final season of Stargate before it ends. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

I have used SUPERSALE multiple time already and received the discount each time, not just once. Unusual but maybe a by-product of the shift to the new name/website... or maybe they've realised it's not worth the extra hassle making people get a new code when they make more money with the extra orders ayway. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |

| Posted: | | | | I've seen the announcement about this sale at some others forum already and each time my brain have the same reaction. This is just a 20% sale, what's so great about that? Amazon have this all year and they have a lot of sales at anytime of the year. I buy the majority of my stuff on their canadian branch, so maybe it's different.
If someone can explain to me why this sale is so important, please do. |

If someone can explain to me why this sale is so important, please do. The 20% sale is 20% applied to their already discounted price. i.e. Planet Earth Collection MSRP is $79.95. Deep Discount usual price is $53.90. Now take 20% off the 53.90 to get $42.61... So this means that you are getting almost 50% off for this title.. |

| Posted: | | | | not to mention it is on every title in stock (I believe), not just selected titles.
Great time to buy big ticket items. Friends complete 10 seasons can be bought for $127.00. Less than 13 bucks per season! If you choose free shipping it's a great deal |

If someone can explain to me why this sale is so important, please do. For example, Twin Peaks costs about 50 CAD if you order from DD. At Amazon.ca, it is 94$ -10$ (code) plus taxes = about 95 CAD At Amazon.com, it is 70 USD. Also, Criterion titles are far less expensive there during that sale (compared to Canadian stores). |

| Posted: | | | | It's also good on things not presently in stock---just not preorders. Which is handy, because they tend to run out of the big box sets around this time of year. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |
