This is because of those illegal operation if the price are expensive (not that much, but ...). Those illegal DVD are always crappy, the TV series are probably rip directly from VHS recording of those show.
And some of them (Six million dollars man, The bionic woman, ...) are available legally from other region and certainly with a better quality since they are legal product. |
