I may just be slow here, so if this was already widely known then you can just ignore me. Now that I own many HD DVD and Blu-ray movies, the one thing that has kind of irked me is the design of the HD keep cases. Some of the early ones just opened/closed like your typical DVD keep cases and those are fine. But pretty much all of the newer ones have this little flap that you have to pop out first, then you can open the case. I don't know why but the flap thing just bothers me. It's an extra step in opening the case and most of the time it never really closes right anyway. So, I was messing around with one of the cases earlier tonight and I just realized these cases are designed to be used either way. The flap can be folded inside the case and it locks in place. Then you can close the case and it snaps shut just like a traditional keep case. I went through all of my HD movies and converted the cases and now I'm a happy camper. Figured I'd pass it along incase anyone else didn't like the flap thing. |
