| Posted: | | | | Wow. I wonder where they are biting her!
I love the phases like "detoxify the blood." Reminds me of when they need to do something impossible on Star Trek so they use a columnated beam of verteron particles rerouted through the isolinear array. Makes about as much sense.

Quote: Wow. I wonder where they are biting her! Uh, do you know what a "Brazilian" is? Ha! I sure do -- that's why I was wondering if that's what she was doing. Maybe she needs something detoxified. The video was good though -- looks more painful than childbirth. Sean | | | "If you can't win, change the rules." |

| Posted: | | | | Leeches do play an role in medicine. They secrete a chemical that has the ability to dissolve blood clots and prevent new ones from forming. This is important and used for several medical reasons; amputation, stroke or heart attack to name a few. Leeches remove blood from areas that would otherwise suffer damage if not treated. The leeches are raised for medicinal purposes and, as far as I know, do not transmit disease. I have never heard or read about the ability of leeches to detoxify the blood and do not believe that they have the ability to prevent or slow down the aging process. |
