| | Posted: | | | | O.K...I have 2 versions of this film with two different DVD covers..1 is 229 minutes, the other 226 minutes. The 226 minute version I bought many years ago when it first came out--Anyone know the difference in these 2 movies? I've heard there are 3 shortened versions of this film which are no longer available..I was wondering if this was one of them---I've searched the internet and can't find much info other than that. I don't have any way of watching them side by side--Anyone have a clue?? Thanks |

But I seem to remember that the shorten version, released on home video in 1984 was around 145 minutes.,, and the New Warners double Disc Dvd from 2003 is the 229 minute version.
