| Posted: | | | | Darn! I thought it would be a little later and just ordered from them last week Thanks for the heads-up anyway. I may want to order some Criterion, as they are always at their cheapest during these sales. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | Just keep a lookout on some of the prices. They do tend to jack up the prices a little on some titles when the sale starts. A lot of people are also not liking the new international shipping charges. It's $99.95 for shipping if you order more than $300 now. | | | Corey |

| Posted: | | | | You do relaize, they are having sales all the time. The reason prices go up is because sales end and new sales start.
It has NEVER been proven that they intentionally (sp?) jack up prices. | | | Signature banned: Reason out of date... |

It has NEVER been proven that they intentionally (sp?) jack up prices. They have sales all the time, but items in people's wishlists on DD will often mysteriously go up in $$ right when the sales start. It's been commented on many other forums enough to be quite suspect. There's some talk about recent inflated pricing listed in this thread over on HorrorDVDs.com. I order from them all the time, and will on this sale...but I do check the prices at other retailers. I've done this on the past 20% off sales, and DD has not always been the cheapest even with the discount. | | | Corey | | | Last edited: by Katatonia |

| Posted: | | | | I ended up and ordered 7 items (two Criterions) for $70 at DVD Planet, for my first order at least. The normal "before 20%" prices were actually around $6 cheaper than those over at DD were...even though they both technically have the same parent company. | | | Corey |
