| Posted: | | | | Three British soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan, bringing the number of UK troops killed there to 100 since 2001, the Ministry of Defence said today (9th June). BBC NewsAlso, the number of Canadian dead rose to 85 at the weekend as well (I believe). These soldiers have sacrificed themselves for their country and deserve our respect. | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | As an American combat vet, I have had the privilage and honor to work with troops from the UK, they are still some of the finest you will ever encounter. I salute their sacrifice and mourn their loss, my prayers go out to their families. Rory | | | DVD Profiler for iOS as of 3/5/2013 DVD Profiler for Android as of 5/17/2013 |

3 Portuguese soldiers wounded in an ambush as well... | | | With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress. |
