| Posted: | | | | Yeah, I've been using it for a day now. Lightning fast and even safer than earlier releases (which already beat the crap out of Firefox and IE in terms of safety). Opera rules! |

| Posted: | | | | For your information: the 9.50 release includes new storage and indexing formats for Opera Mail. So yes, you'd better backup first. Edit: the - jubilant - CNET Review of the new release can be found here. | | | Last edited: by dee1959jay |

You should immediately update to at least 9.27, because the closed leak concerning the Adobe-Flash Plugin is now really becoming a topic. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! | Posted: | | | | Sounds ominous. You'd better take action immediately to clean your system AND to back up your email and upgrade to Opera 9.5. |

Although I can't make you too much hope here, if you really got one of the more malicious ones all you can do is a clean reinstall (incl. new BIOS!!). But before taking such actions please check your Adobe-Update settings, if you didn't change the default settings it updates automatically, so it could well be that the changing of the launchfiles is a legit action. I really hope that nothing serious has happened. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | That message may mean simply that Flash updated itself and registered a startup program to finalize installation. Have it checked but don't be too quick to wipe. Good luck! | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
