| Posted: | | | | Is there a way to add duplicate titles in DVD Profiler? I end up with multiple copies of the same title - different transfers, etc. but the program won't let me add one if it is already listed. Any way around this? Thanks. |

You can't add the same UPC twice. Period. Alternatively you could add it manually (go to "add by title" and uncheck "Download from Invelos" there).
May I ask what you mean by "different transfers"? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Karsten is right, but there's a way you can enter at least 2 copies of the same DVD if you add one by UPC/EAN and the second by Disc ID (assuming you haven't entered the disc ID when you added the title by UPC/EAN. If you have more than 2 copies of a DVD, you're out of luck.
Before I got my PDA and DVD Proviler Mobile I sometimes accidently bought a same DVD I already owned. What I do with these "dupes" is indicate it in the Notes field (which is local). You could also use a tag to indicate multiple copies of the same title.
To follow up on Karsten's question about "different transfers" - if the DVDs in question have different UPCs/EANs you shouldn't have any problem entering the same title more than once. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges?
