| Posted: | | | | DVD Profiler, movie and TV serie related confessions. I'll start.
-Before todays backup, it had been over 2 months before my previous one. -I have 8 profiles in my collection with the wrong UPC or locality -I thought the movie 10,000 BC was "believable" -I have all 7 seasons of Gilmore Girls on DVD, and i'm a guy. |

Backup!? What the hell is a backup? *kiddin* Looks like its been 6 weeks since my last confession. I have no idea, or energy to find out, how many incorrect "according to the rules" profiles I have. I haven't seen 10k BC, yet! But, it sounds unbelievable it would be "believable". I have all seasons of "Desperate Housewives" (for curiosity reasons, you understand... ), but have not dared open the package yet. Ohh, and I'm a guy. |

| Posted: | | | | I also took the plunge with Gilmore Girls and bought the complete boxset in january this year. I must say I haven't regretted it one bit. I already saw 3 seasons and it has been very entertaining. I also own Desperate Housewives, and I'm a guy I'm sort of a Television Series Addict. I currently own over 230 seasons | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | Spoiler, don't read if you have not seen 10,000BC.
i wanted 10,00BC to be good, i still like the film, however, the language was very modern, I was expecting someone to whip out a cell phone at any moment. Roland Emmerich wrote, directed, and produced this film, and with the success that he had with Independence day and The Day After Tomorrow there was no one to tell him NO. i liked the crazy woman, but the tribe was to noble, this was 10,000BC, their life should have been about servival, their problems, trials and tribulations seemed very modern. The trek to find his people was fine, the tiger, well i'll let that go, but the people he meet, again the language, should have been differant and harder to communicate with, and they joined the quest to readily, the bad guys where pretty good, the elephants worked for me, i'm sure most people, did not get that the leader of the bad guys as the Anunnaki, or maybe the Nephilim (an obscure reference to old Surmerian text and the Bible) very cool. the love story, god, that's what made this film really suck, so long and unbelievable, and at the end, she died and then she was alive again without a wound, the dying and then living again is ok but put a bandage on that gaping wound in her back. Roland Emmerich needed some help on this one. Some films just bother me and i have to say something to somebody. That's my confession.
