| Posted: | | | | Some people like Collectorz (not sure of the exact spelling) for just about everything.
For books there are a few good sites: goodreads.com, librarything.com (after 200 books you need to purchase a membership), bibliophil.org and listal.com (listal also has CDs, VHS etc... general overal)
for CDs there is cdcomplete.com and ratemymusic.com (rmy you can do records, cassettes and evern 8-track if yoiu want)
VHS? Um some DVD trackers you can use for title for tapes that are still being made on DVD, but for OOP titles it gets a little more difficult to find anything that is decent.
Onetime I got a really generic collection database software DVD called 321Collect (or 123Collect) which was too generic for my purposes. Plus at the time the desktop I was using I don't think had nearly enough memory for storage of a database that would become as big as I would need. | | | CaptKiirk42 DVD Collection/ Also Klandersen at DVDAF DVDCrate Collection My Blog |

| Posted: | | | | Even Collectorz doesn't have one program for all. Currently, they have seven product and each one tracks a specific type of item.
Turning DVD Profiler into AnyProfiler would introduce so much bloat into the application that it would start to resemble Windows. |

| Posted: | | | | I would like a CDprofiler if it have the same quality of DVDProfiler, I would buy this program. Currently I'm using Music Colletorz but this program sucks. They go from 7.1.5 to version 8 (and you have to pay, again) with fixed/features not even worth version 7.2. The only good thing about Music Collectorz is the good export function and you can keep track of a lot of information. |

I think I'm going to create a Profile Profiler. |

| Posted: | | | | Nope, not a Skippo (but was a joke). It's a profiler application to profile profiler applications. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

| Posted: | | | | Manual profiles used in conjunction with Tags and DVDP's filtering capabilities, you could create a massive AnyProfiler. You'll have to populate your own details plus scans but hey, that's not going to stop you if you want to take FULL advantage of this software product.
Hell, you could even provide a Character Listing (with headshots!) | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |
