| Posted: | | | | Why is it that the UPC for the re-release of "Congo" doesn't match the scans for it? The UPC in the scan for the re-release looks like a sticker over the top of it. |

| Posted: | | | | It's not that unusual for some studios to place UPC stickers on the back covers to replace another UPC on the cover. From looking in the database, it appears that you mean 097363-303824?
All I can tell from looking at it is that if the disc really was released in 1999, like the profile says, then it has incorrect re-release scans in the profile. It appears to say "2006" on the profile's current back scan, but I can't really read the text too well on the scan. The style of those covers are not of the original R1 Congo DVD release though, that's for sure...they're re-release covers.
I would guess that either the Release Date is somehow incorrect and should be corrected, or the current covers are of re-release covers and should be replaced. The latter seems to be the case. | | | Corey | | | Last edited: by Katatonia |
