BDLive is I believe "Addition Content" that can be downloaded via the internet with the right BD player with a direct connection.

As for Digital Copy, downloadable copy to self burn, play via a computer?

Steve

Update: Just found this in a Sony manual for one of their new BD players.

Update 2.

The digital copy is one you can use on a portable device...iPod, PSP...any device that can play a digital video.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

It's not always for just a portable device, it can be for viewing on your computer as well.  The Incredible Hulk comes with a digital copy in DVD quality that you can view via iTunes.

I believe the movie is the disc, but they give you code to access the movie. I haven't done it myself, so I can't tell you for sure.

It varies depending on the title. Some you get a second disc with the digital copy, others you get a link to download it from.

Not all video devices though.
I have a Zune and the digital copies aren't compatable. This makes my hate for the digital copy craze (do people really like and want these things anyway?) even stronger. Thankfully I have dvdfab and can just make my own digital copies that do look excellent on my Zune, and very good-excellent on a tv using the a/v output cables I picked up for travel.
