I'd boot into safe mode, manually delete the file, and in case Flash doesn't work anymore, re-install it...

(Or sitch to a MAC and forget about Viruses  )

Edit: ...and run a full scan in safe mode

Um, keep the file, it could be a false alarm. Upload the file to virustotal.com and see if the other scanner identify it as a virus.

File in question belongs to Flash Player. So removing it and re-install Flash Player is no risk (at least less, than to keep the file)

It seems to happen on installing the flash player, could be a false positve, so if you reinstall you would get the same warning.

I also had this AVG (latest datafile) flag up this file as a trojan. so I uninstalled/deleted the whole of the flash directory* and did a "clean install" direct from Adobe's website; no further comments from AVG!

* apart from the Flash10a.ocx file which insisted I needed permission to delete it, despite the fact that I'm logged on as an Administrator.........sometimes I really hate Vista!!

The best bit on that site is the "own goals" video, except that for their "winner".....the best OG has got to be Lee Dixon's......I used to watch Le Tissier shoot for goal as well as Lee did (one to remind him of on next week's  Match of the Day?) ...but Matt did it at the right end!
