| Posted: | | | | I just learned of this this morning. I have seen NO reports of any lind on it..yet. There seems to be a possible issue with the title, switching from WS to FF and back in mid-movie on its own. Anybody else hear anything?

| Posted: | | | | I watched the Blu-ray of the Dark Knight last night and it was awsome. The picture and sound quality was far better than I have see in a long time. I have a 50" Plasma and it felt like I was in my own theature. The aspec ratio skip is talking about was designed that way but it does not go from WS to FF. It was designed to have a aspec ratio of 2.40 for most of the film and when you see the IMAX sequences they are in 1.78. | | | Last edited: by Dragon 6 |

| Posted: | | | | Yes! Letterboxed for most, but a few cool sequences filled my 55" screen top to bottom as well as left to right. Perfect detail... I had never seen the film before, and except for the epic length of it, was thrilled at the amazing high quality of the Blu-ray disc. Nice film, nice addition to the collection. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

| Posted: | | | | An excellent blu ray - I tried just dipping in for 10 mins and ended up watching 45 mins before going to bed (late).
The switch in format has been discussed for ages and I know that some people were concerned it would be too off putting.
All I can say is - rubbish!. It's not noticable switching - you just become aware of higher quality images when looking at panoramas' | | | Paul |

| Posted: | | | | I watched the movie the other night, and noticed the aspect ratio change, but I expected it. My roommate (aka The Wife) was oblivious to it, though.
