I hadn't heard of "Disneyland Dream" from 1956. I had a chance to find it to watch online. What a great preservation of life in 1956. Of course, being a fan of Disneyland I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the park in it's early days.

Good choice for preservation I think.

I agree I haven't heard of this film either but a quick google search brings up the right page to open and view this 34 min film.. Haven't watched it entirely will do so later this weekend.. but noticed the editing in one section is far from snuff..  The family is entering Disneyland thru one of the two tunnels under the Main St Train station., and then the film immediately takes you to tomorrowland aboard the People mover.. then a minute or two later we are back at the entrance to Main St coming out of the tunnel to find the beginning of Disneyland's Main St ..

( Wonder if my four hour adventure on two VHS tapes  I myself edited from our 1988 family's journey down the coast to  California and throughout all of Disneyland - along with video special effects /funny music and proper editing in sequence-  would get me a Film Registry nomination and award if I put it up on Line?? )
