Can anyone recommend a small utility that will display and can be copy/pasted or export into a text file the length of each track on a DVD down to the second or better?
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving isn't for you.

The Title/Chapter divisions.

Such as the different scenes of a film that you can choose through the Scene Selection menu or, while the film is playing, jump between them by pushing the "<<BACK" and "NEXT >>" buttons on your remote.

I just took a look using DVDShrink at one of my DVDs. It showed that the main title (title 4) was just one video file. I would think that the chapter marks must be in the video stream, but I don't know of a tool to display them.
