I have some titles I'd like to upgrade with new cases, and of course it is always the exterior / sleeve that needs replacing -- not the inner leaf.

The ideal solution would be to find a source that sold the keep case WITHOUT the inner leaf.  That way I could just transfer disc and art and the existing inner leaf to the new case.

I know that somebody sells them this way in the industry, because I get some DVD titles in cases that have leaf holding clasps but no center leaf.

I've ordered the Amaray II cases, and the tray for the second disc is a separate item.  Check them out, their prices seem to be pretty good and they are very quick to ship.

United plastics seemed to have a version of an insert that slipped under the insert tabs, as opposed to snapping into clasps on the spine.  It would have the effect of covering the artwork with the 2nd disc when open.
