| Posted: | | | | We've seen lists of movies we want which haven't made it to DVD, or haven't in our region at least. How about movies which were on DVD, but sold out and weren't reissued?
Among those I'm looking for:
Farewell, My Lovely [preferably widescreen this time] Rawhead Rex Voyage of the Damned
I have the Stuart Gordon version of The Pit and the Pendulum, but I suspect it's a bootleg, so I'd like a legit copy.
I also got the recent Disney tin Dr. Syn, but it sold out approximately before you could blink. What gives with that? |

| Posted: | | | | Death Race 2000 just got a release here in Australia with Death Sport. It's an NTSC release iirc, so you should have no playback issues Danae. | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, it's widescreen and I'm pretty sure it's anamorphic too. Death Sport is full-frame though. The PQ is pretty good too. | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |

| Posted: | | | | Will have to look into that, then. The OOP R1 widescreen release is on ebay for about $50, but I refuse to pay that for Death Race 2000. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |
