| Posted: | | | | I am getting it. I have had it pre-ordered for a couple months... and for the past week or so I been going back to rewatch all the episodes. I only have 3 episodes of the second season left to watch before the movie gets here.
There is a couple things that concerns me about the movie. First there is no Rube. I liked him... and going by the trailer I don't think I will like the replacement all that much. Also they replaced the actress playing Daisy. But at least they are replacing her with someone I am familiar with.... is an actress that was on a season of 24. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | My biggest problem is replacing a character with a different actress (Daisy). If they couldn't get the original actress in, I'd rather they replace/remove the character. That said I probably will end up getting it just to complete the series. |

For the most part, I agree with FtR... Now that I've seen the movie ... it just wasn't the same without Daisy. The new actress played her ok, but part of what made the original character of Daisy so much fun was the way Laura Harris played her. No offense, Sarah Wynter... I also didn't think I was going to like it without Mandy Patinkin (Rube) ... but honestly, once I started getting into it, I thought that whole thing went rather well, and I was mildly surprised. Overall, I am glad I got the DVD and as a fan of the show ... I thought it was good enough. The only other thing for me ... the ending ... not sure what to make of it ... (wink grin) Anyone who's seen the movie ... think they'll be a sequel or do you think they're just ... ??? | | | Watching the world, one DVD at a time... |
