| | Posted: | | | | TCM has been running a longer print recently on TV in which I recorded on my PVR.,.
Using a stop watch it ran an astonishing 202 minutes.. !! (The birthday party was all there in tact.)
The 'colors' , and widescreen vistas were very pleasant and not any where as bad as some of the pictures on that website indicate.. The stereo sound was nice but 5.1 and the missing anamorphic widescreen would be a welcome relief..
I always felt that John Wayne was so disappointed in Hollywood, after his failed Oscar attempt for 'his' personal movie, that he turned his back on Hollywood and never gave as much as he used to after this film.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird.
