| | Posted: | | | | I seem to be having problems downloading the profile for Starsky & Hutch Season 1. Every time I try to do it I get an error message telling me the file cannot be downloaded. Any ideas how to fix this. I think its the same with Season 2 but I am not sure I would have to check again. I have tried on a few occasions and keep getting the same message. Thanks for any help. |

| | Posted: | | | | Assuming you want the UK profile (from seeing your flag). I tried the 5035822136717 and it downloaded without problem.
You could try an DB repair, go to 'Options' (12th button from the left (in my layout anyway)), go to 'Utilities' (bottom), go to 'Repair Profile Database' after which you can choose to do a complete repair or to do just some parts. Just to be sure i'd go for the complete repair. Than sit back (or get some coffee), wait and after a hile Profiler should restart. Than try again to add the profile.
If it still don't work than let us know and somebody else may have another idea, if it's a profile with a different UPC than i wrote before let me know andi can see again.
