| Posted: | | | | I guess there might be some Blu-ray fans on the forums here, so I thought it's worth throwing this link in the group: http://www.blu-ray.com/It's a fan-made site centered on Blu-rays. Some things you can find on the site: - Reviews of discs (both written by staff and users, which gives a good view on the value of a disc before purchase) - Forums to discuss Blu-ray releases, movies in general, home theater systems, Blu-ray tech, etc - Lots of links to interesting deals on Blu-rays, also in their forums - Still in the forums: many 'master lists' of various types of Blu-rays, like a list of which blu's contain Korean subtitles, which contain 7.1 audio etc. I have found a lot of useful information there that has helped me in my purchases and the overall atmosphere is very good: just people hanging around and sharing their passion for Blu-rays, all in a very friendly atmosphere. You can find me there as pretty active user under the pseudo Kyo28 (with the same avatar, so easy to find). Blu-ray collectors, feel free to drop in. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

| Posted: | | | | I have been using that site a lot, but only for checking news and reading reviews. It is the best place (that I know) to find this kind of information. I might have registered there at some point, but can't remember for sure Maybe I'll pop in, too. | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me. (Bender Bending Rodriguez) |

Aside from checking the website, you might also want to have a look at their forums, if you're interested. I could find a lot of good Blu-ray deals thanks to them and certain info on specific Blu-ray release that I couldn't find through DVD Profiler, especially regarding special editions, easter eggs, different soundtracks being used depending on locality, bitrate per second for audio and video, what kind of DNR is used on certain releases, etc. It has been very helpful to me in the past when deciding which discs to buy so perhaps it might prove useful to other collectors as well. | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies | | | Last edited: by Taro |

| Posted: | | | | I am not active in the forum (not even registered) but I visit there regularly. It's along two other sites my premiere source of reviews. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. Registered: May 29, 2000 (at InterVocative) |
