| Posted: | | | | With a few studios (Sony and Fox primarily right now) now using recycled DVD and Blu-ray cases, what do you think of them? Here's a pic: Personally, I dislike them only because it makes the case weaker and more susceptible to damage. | | | Last edited: by The Movieman |

I keep my movies stored well, and treat both cases and discs well when they're out, so I don't need anything overly sturdy. I can see these being a problem for those with kids though... | Posted: | | | | I've had two so far, replaced 'em with regular cases straight away. As has been said, too flimsy especially when you have them stacked with a bunch of other DVD's on them. | | | In the end; Winning is the only safety. Kerr Avon Blakes 7 Series 4, Ep. Blake. |

| Posted: | | | | Since I receive DVDs and BDs from the studios, I probably have 25 or so (5 sitting in front of me) and while I agree once they are in my possession it's fine, but I do get concerned with them going through the mail. The Blu-ray onces I think are a bit more flimsy. |

| Posted: | | | | No problems with them, but I almost all the time remove the discs from the case and place them in the carrousel. If the cases are bad, then I throw them away. | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

| Posted: | | | | I don't like them... I have seen several of them over the past few months and I cringe over it every time I see one. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | As noted already once I have them they are fine.
The few I got via mail order were pretty beat up. I doubt they could stand up to the kids normal handing either. |

| Posted: | | | | They seem flimsy and crappy to me. Thankfully I don't own any yet, but many discs from the library have been in these and I don't care for them. I do think I like them better than the normal keepcases with the latches on the side though. Those erk me to no end, esp since I don't want to rip the latches off cuz then they look ugly. |

| Posted: | | | | Well, I'd still prefer those latches over the recycled cases. I do with those cases the latch could fold inwards (like the one's for certain BD cases). |
