| Posted: | | | | Does anyone here know the email-address of Play.com's customer service. I have searched their site as thoroughly as I can and I can't find it. They have the "helpdesk" where you can search FAQ, but nowhere is the email-address visible - for matters not answered in FAQ. The reason: I ordered from them the blu-ray release of "I've Loved You So Long" on July 27th. And today I received "Pink Panther 2"... Inside the package was the receipt for a customer in Dreieich, Germany (Manfred H*****), who had ordered this release on July 25th. I strongly suspect that they have simply switched the content by accident - that my order is on its way to Manfred and I got his. However, I can't report this via "I've not received my order"-function in Helpdesk, because Play.com informs me to wait 21 days from order date and simply doesn't allow reporting yet. I'd like to report the mistake so that I (and Manfred) could receive our real orders quicker. Then again, I don't mind this extra blu-ray, even if the movie is not in my wish list at all... | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me. (Bender Bending Rodriguez) |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks, but these are for the orders from Playusa.com. I ordered from the European side of Play.com and for some reason there is no contactinfo-link there at all I guess I could test with the links you provided, and just change the domain from @playusa.com to @play.com and see what happens. | | | Mika I hate people who love me, and they hate me. | Posted: | | | | You could just report this as an incorrectly send item (http://www.play.com/HOME/HOME/6-/Help.html?page=retn).
Than you can ask for a refund or a new, correct one.

| Posted: | | | | Yes, you can use the website to create a RMA request (first login), but when I wanted to sent a RMA request to play.com I received an '404' error (I tried it for two days at leats 4-5 times).
Finally sent an e-mail to the e-mail address on the '404' page and got a reply from 'customer.support@play.com'. There they gave me the RMA number so I could return it. Also the next day they posted the correct item. |

they don't have a contact email address - they only give out their phone number. I had exactly the same problem - tried everywhere to get an email address - and in the end resorted to phone. Of course since it isn't a Uk call for you.. not so good. | | | Paul |
