I also buy BR's of course Buying the old one's is a great bargain and some of the HD-DVD players are great upscalers. I have consider getting an HD-DVD player myself and set it at 720p. I don't like blowing DVD's up to 1080p. Yes im buying DVD's again Sam I just don't see now that the format is defunct studios, company's should be bringing any new content to the format now that Blu-ray is the new HD standard. |

I don't think it would even have made the news if it was a BD release so it's a smart way to get attention to your product. Yeah but how many HD-DVD owners are harden collectors for every last disc on the format. I still think even then they would get more on Blu-ray. |

There's only around 700,000 HD-DVD players out there. My disc drive on my desktop plays DVD, Blu-Ray and HD-DVD, so at least a few more can probably play them. |
