| Posted: | | | | It's now November and still Princes Street is a construction site. Thank you labour for forcing this ill thought out vanity project to built a tram network in a world heritage site. And denting the best bus service in the world. At least we will finally have a record of the telephone cables that you failed to documented after the company that was in charge of them went bust. |

| Posted: | | | | I was just in Edinburgh last month and it was maddening trying to get from one place to another, since I was using a GPS and it kept wanting to go down or cross Princes Street and it just was not working at all. Finally I had to call the B&B where we were staying and ask them to guide us there around the construction. Once we were there, we had the good sense to take cabs since they knew where they were going. Loved the city other than the construction work. | | | "This movie has warped my fragile little mind." |

The royal mile is just amazing and so full of history. The worlds first skyscrapers and pubs that are older than America. Oh and i had a laugh one day at the musem when some English tourists took offence to the writing on the wall of the entrance to the Scottish exhibition at the museum. The extract from the treaty of Arbroath as long as 100 of us remain alive we will not be the subject of an English king. | | | Last edited: by ShinyDiscGuy |

Cause labour and the conservatives here being the bunch of half baked morons who do only what there masters in London tell them to do voted for it and because the SNP are minority government the plans where forced through. Im sure you as Norwegian can understand the pain us Scots are in getting directions from other countrys as your nation once did from others in your culture group. All i can say is think god the they prevented the Glasgow rail link. |
