To be honest, I've never left Europe so far. I've been to Denmark, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and the Greek part of Cyprus.

I've been all over the US, but sadly haven't been anywhere else beyond Canada and Mexico at this point.  I'd love to some day however.

Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Italy, Greece, United States, Canada, Mexico, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Australia, Hong Kong (not really a country, but it was before it became Chinese), Thailand. I think that's it. Oh, no, I left out UK and Ireland. How could I forget those...? 

Not much of a traveller, but still managed to visit a few countries.
