| Posted: | | | | I thought rather than try and be counter productive by spaming this place with stupid posts to try and get something done we all boycott the forum and contributing to the site till Ken makes a statement on what he is going to do with Skip.
I know some ppl might not approve of what i have done but i say we put these differences aside and unite for our common goal which is to see skip banned or highly moderated.
Hopefully this stance will bring back the users who have left site/forum when they have seen we can come together to resolve the issues.
Please consider this desperate times call for desperate measures. |

| Posted: | | | | I would rather see Skip step aside by himself.
He must know that all the people left because of him, I would love to see him change and be friendly to everyone , but I doubt this is going to happen.
Skip, if you read this, please think about what happened here the last year.

| Posted: | | | | Definitely not something I would even consider doing. Not because I wouldn't like to see a change. But because I myself would never, ever consider trying to force the owner of the (any) site to do something he don't want/see a need to do on his own. After all it is his site to do with as he pleases.
I as part of the community can either choose to stay at the site as he sees fit to make it or decide to leave the site. But for me to try to force what I feel is right in my opinion on the person that owns the site is something I could never bring myself to do.
If you get a group together that wants to do so... more power to you... and good luck. I just won't be a part of it. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Well the process would be once a select number of member's have agree to this we than set a date and time for when the action should start factoring in various time zone differences.
Hardly a march on Russia is it. |

| Posted: | | | | How about getting like-minded souls to change their avatars / add in their sigs a show of protest? A boycott will be invisible. If you have something everyone agrees on (that doesn't insult anyone), people can continue posting as normal, but will be showing their feelings. It will also present a united front.
Just as an additional... anyone doing so would have to be on their best behaviour. It would be detrimental to be protesting if you're breaking forum rules at the same time. | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |

It's my opinion that trying to force your wishes on this board's owner is one of the more offensive things I've read in these forums. Oh, and please don't assume we all have the "common goal" of seeing certain people banned. I'd actually like to see people grow up a bit and take this all a little less personally. --------------- |
