Is this trailer included in the 50th Anniversary blu-ray Book of the movie?

Yes, it's called A Guided Tour with Alfred Hitchcock.

Ironically, the youtube clip seems to come from a better source than the blu-ray version.

The blu version has not been restored, it looks very pale and washed-out compared to the film.

The Blu-ray looks awesome. The trailer is hopefully not the deciding factor.
