That seems to be a two-parted problem:
1) get a report that shows the location to your liking. Link
2) sort by location:
Go to the Collection List, in the headline press the right mouse-button, choose "View Columns" and "Disc Location". Sort by this column by right-clicking the headline once. Now run the report with the radio-button "as filtered/sorted in the collection listing" marked.
