| Posted: | | | | I was wondering if any one else was experiencing this. I have have purchased the Bluray at Ultimate Electronic and exchanged it for a second copy. Both freeze at approximately 22 minutes then 30 minutes and then 1 hr. I have a 3 mo old Samsung Bluray 3d player and all other dvds blue and redray alike play fine. So I believe it is an issue with the discs. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm experiencing a problem with Iron Man 2 also. The movies seems to play w/o problems. But...the second disc is totally messed up. After putting the disc in, you see a small logo...then the Paramount logo comes on. Then...nothing. No menu. No sound. Nothing. This is the only disc where this happens.
I have a Samsung BP-1500. I've updated the unit's software. No luck. Still a blank screen where the menu should be. None of the remote's buttons work on the blank menu screen. Bummer.....

| Posted: | | | | Just tried Iron Man II again all discs. No problem. Samsung BP-1500,I bought Oct 16,2008, Amazon sale of the day and I had a coupon. firmware updates, although I can't remember if I put both in, as it's not on the internet. After about a couple of months it totally crapped out and I did have to send it to L.A. get fixed under warranty. So they put this firmware in 081126_01_BDP1500_XAA 12/2/2008 41,024KB
I have yet put this one as I ran out of blank CDs. 100326_01_BDP1500_XAA 4/23/2010 49,214KB | | | We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own. Ineptocracy, You got to love it. | Posted: | | | | I didn't have any problems with my copy of Iron Man 2. I have a Blu-ray - UPC 097360826241. I have a Sony Blu-ray player that is a slightly older model. The movie played fine. I haven't tried the the other discs yet.
I had trouble with a DVD doing that several months ago, freezing up, but I was able to exchange it and it worked after that. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | After reading about the problem I decided to check out my disks today and no problem here on either disks. I have a PS3. It could be more of production problem than a firmware issue. I have also checked out Blu-ray.com and don't see anyone else having the same issue. | | | We're on a mission from God.

| Posted: | | | | There have been reports at www.blu-ray.com regarding IM2 freezing in some players. Apparently, for some of those players updates are on the way to rectify the issue (so it's a firmware issue, in short) | | | Blu-ray collection DVD collection My Games My Trophies |

Additionally after the update the sound was (a) clearer and (b) louder, such that we turned the volume down a couple of points. | | | Chris |
