Apparently NBC is in talks with Bryan Fuller, who created Pushing Daisies and Dead Like Me, to work on a remake of the Munsters. The article said it's going to a mix of Modern Family and True Blood. You can read about it here.  Also in the latest Entertainment Weekly magazine, they mention that there is talk of having Kristen Bell, playing Marilyn. I personally don't see the point in doing this, since nobody can replace the original cast, but since Bryan Fuller is involved, I'll check it out, since I did like his other shows.
