| Posted: | | | | Can anyone tell me what region is The Wizard of Oz (70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray]?
Amazon has it listed as Region 1, which makes no sense what so ever, but Bluray.com has it listed as region free. I'm from Australia so I really need to know before I buy it. |

| Posted: | | | | Are you positive about this? A lot of titles on that list are listed as region 1/A at Amazon. |

| Posted: | | | | As you can see in the list Katatonia linked to, Warner releases are NEVER zone coded. So if I were you, I would feel safe buying it.
Region info on Amazon is unreliable - instead of really looking into the actual region coding, they it seems they're going for "play it safe" in order to prevent any claims from dissatisfied customers. |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah it would seem that way, I was just in a live chat with amazon and I asked if they could check the itself, they still said it was region 1. That's if they really actually did check it. |

| Posted: | | | | That only goes to show their ignorance. There is no such thing as Region 1 for Blu-rays, just zone A. |
