Apologies in advance if I'm unclear or if others can think of better or existing ways of doing this...

I'd like an option where discs can be flagged/noted by UPC scan on the iDevice.  My idea is that that I could "quickly" scan everything and more easily spot missing/misplaced titles on my shelves.

You mean like now we have in the desktop version "Select By UPC" but instead of typing in the UPC, you scan it with the iPhone and it jumps to that title in your collection?

If so, +1 from me too

I think he means he wants to have a list of all his titles then, as he scans them, they are removed from the list.  Once he is done, the list should be blank.  If not, he would know which ones he is missing.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

That's what I meant!  Thanks for deciphering
But I love Taro's idea, too!
