I'm very disappointed Ken. Over the weekend I made the 45 minute trek out to my home town to visit the outlet stores. I had one specific store I was really looking forward to. Waited for days to go out there. Now I want a refund for my wasted gas! My problem is with your employees. They were absolutely useless. I asked if I could get a demo of the iOS version running on an iPad. I got a blank stare. I asked if we would ever be able to properly profile sets where there is more than one movie on the same side of the disc. They got annoyed at me and asked me to leave! Then I asked where the DVD Profiler t-shirts were and Mindy W actually looked around me and asked if she could help the next person in line! I think Mindy needs to be spoken to about this! And in case I'm sounding like a raving lunatic, here are some of the comments I heard from the folks behind me. "Come ON!" "Just tell him something" And from one overzealous fan: "Do I need to call mall security to get this sorted out?" Clearly I'm not the only disappointed fan. You're losing customers left and right here. Now I've been a loyal customer for years. And I still love the product. But until you do something about your employees, I'm afraid I'm telling everyone I know to avoid the Kenneth Cole Company Store!!! Hopefully you can get those kids whipped into shape because I'd love to support you. But I refuse to deal with that kind of incompetence! |
