| Posted: | | | | Luckily I got to see him live on stage once, during the "After The War" Tour. Didn't like his blues outputs enough to go see him live again. After his hardrock set at Sweden Rock last year I was hoping for another album picking up where he left in the 80s. Too bad it won't come to that.
It's a grave loss for rock and blues music, he was one of the best there are and had a unique feel and warmth to his playing that can hardly be found anywhere these days.
2011 seems to pick up where 2010 dropped the ball in regard to rockmusicians passing away. I'm starting to wonder who's going to fill these shoes in the years to come.
