Finally got the DVD Profiler to work properly. Once you get all things in sync, it works great. However, it wasn't easy getting everything to sync and needed professional help. But once everything falls into sync it's a great program. Too many IP addresses to match, and without a professional IT person, I could have never gotten to get everything to sync. It was complicated, and hopefully they can resolved these issues in the future. But it is a wonderful program if you can get it working properly! Just what I was looking for, and now that it's working, well worth it.

Hello,
and welcome to this forum.

Good to hear you finally got it working.

Even though I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Too many IP adresses to match".
Provided you installed DVDProfiler in the average Home-Network environment (1 - 6 PCs (all OS WinXP or better), Router, Peripherals) IPs shouldn't be any problem.
Could you be a bit more precise about your installation problems and the setup of your Home-Network?
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

And as a user of the iphone app I don't understand about these 'too many' ip references either. The app needs just the one IP address- that of the desktop PC - to connect to it.
