| Posted: | | | | My computer has been having serious problems. I may have to have the hard drive wiped and start over. My tech says if this happens he may install Linux.
(I can't simply reinstall Windows as the guy who built my computer is an ex-coworker of mine from my last job, and I don't know him any longer and he didn't give me a Windows disc.)
So, does Profiler work on Linux?
And, does anyone know if Photoshop works on Linux?
If so, I see no reason not to go with Linux, as I think everything else I use will run. I just don't know about those two. If they don't, then I will have to buy some version of Windows (since I don't know Josh any longer and my tech won't install his Windows from his disc). | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks Scott. Also, found the answer to the Linux question under the Desktop Support section, so this post can be ignored. Should have looked there first. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |
