| | Posted: | | | | It's not an old movie and this is what I remeber of it.
Two cops I believe are inside a jail, and there's a prisoner in the cell begging them to lock up because there is a flood in the jail. One of the cops doesn't reply to that, but the other cop dives in, and he hurts his back and starting to do drugs to keep the pain away. That's all I can remember.
