| | Posted: | | | | This probably isn’t a lot of help, but I pre-ordered it from amazon.co.uk and my single disk, blu-ray UK release (which looks quite a bit different from the picture), doesn’t have a slip cover.

According to DVDEmpire it's OOP/Discontinued.
So it's likely not in the stores anymore.
$10 seems reasonable. |
