This is my second time building an AV system and I have made an error.  My TV is a Panasonic GT30 3D.  I plan to use all monster M1000 and M2000 cables for wiring.  My receiver is an Onkyo 809.  My rears are Polk Tsi 400's.  My subwoofer is a polk PSW 505.
Here is were the problem comes in,  I am already have a Polk CS20 center.  I was planning on using Tsi 500's for the fronts but, I ran into a deal that was too good to pass up, and bought two MartinLogan ElectroMotion ESL Hybrid Electrostatic Loudspeaker, for the fronts.  Is there anything that I can do to mesh the polk center with the MartinLogan fronts.  A friend said to see if I could biamp the speakers.  I do not even know what that means.  I am a newly when it comes to audio.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also have Onkyo / Polk system. PSW 505 - awesome bass.

Anyways, to your question:

Is there any reason you couldn't simply drive the CS20 from the center output?

You can still run the fronts off the subwoofer connectors - there is no crossover. But you have to fake out the Odessey room compensation by telling it you have no subwoofer and also specify full range fronts. After the equalization session, the bass should be resaonably balanced, you can then manually tweak the subwoofer to suit your own taste.

This is the advice given in the user guide when you want to run the subwoofer off the front outputs instead of from the LFE output.

Alternatively, run the front outputs directly to your new fronts, the CS20 to the center channel, and your PSW505 to the LFE subwoofer output, and then run the room compensation. Maybe try both scenarios and see which one you like better. In my system, since I have small front speakers, having the subwoofers run off the fronts gave me a better frquency match by adjusting the subwoofer filter. But since you have such good fronts, you probably don't need that. In fact, I'll bet your system probably sounds amazing even without a subwoofer!

Actually in my system, I have 3 SWs. One off of each front speaker, and a third with a hint of LFE behind the sofa for a bit of extra "shake."
Thanks for your support.

I am not really sure how,  I have been getting a lot of help from a friend on this.  I will show him what you posted.  Thank you very much.
