| Posted: | | | | I bought seasons one and two of Tripping the Rift on a Deep Discount BOGO a few years back. I recently finished watching the and the show is pretty awful. It's a collection of misogyny, pop culture references that substitute for jokes and poor animation. However, it doesn't seem right to have a show that's one season and a movie short of complete. Does the writing get any clever in season 3? I don't mind bad taste in service of a joke (I loved Stripperella, for instance), but was hoping for jokes beyond stereotypes and recognizing a reference. |
