| Posted: | | | | I wish I could add my vote to the poll. I am extremely eager to see an android app for my DVD Profiler! I'm contemplating switching to another collection software on my android, but I truly don't want to leave DVD Profiler, and I don't want to start all over on entering my collection. I would really like to see an android release, or AT LEAST hear if it's on the horizon. |

| Posted: | | | | Oh, one other thing: I'd be interested to know how many people voting, "Don't bother -- Don't need it" already have it on their Iphone. Could be the reason they "don't need it". So, what happens if they switch to Android some day? |

| Posted: | | | | I have voted "Don't bother -- Don't need it" and that for one simple reason I "Don't bother -- Don't need it". This is not because I would own an IPhone (I don't). I simply don't see any personal use in these mobile Apps. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I think Ken has enough work with the desktop and iOS versions to maintain them so I'm not sure it's a good thing to have a new version of software to manage. The new major version for iOS is waiting since mars 2011... | | | Regards Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | Well I use the mobile version a lot. I use it to add new titles to my database. I am running a Mac and have a Windows machine running DVDP so I can update the database via my iPod touch it works really good. |

| Posted: | | | | My desktop and office are right near my video collection, so it's quite easy to enter data right when I put the dvd's in my collection. If i need to reference information on the go, I simply pull up my online collection on my Kindle Fire. It looks great and is handy. I really wouldn't have a need to enter data from a cell phone or from some place away from my collection. That is why I voted as "Don't need it -- Don't Bother". |

It may still be true, it may not be. Regardless, this poll isn't going change a thing. Neither have all the polls that came before it. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
