| Posted: | | | | Just noticed this today, but no matter how many restarts or tries the Refresh Updated Profiels will not work for me anymore. It looks like it will work, but the box with "scanning images" and "overall" comes up, fills up and just stays stuck there forever (or until I hit cancel button). Kinda sucky, this means I cannot ever get new scans. I can get the info by just inputting it myself for each update. Anyone else having this problem, or anyone had this in the past? What can I do, I already re-installede the program and that failed too. Even better, when I shut the program down it tells me I need to update these, but then the same shiitake mushroom happens. |

| Posted: | | | | Have you tried repairing your database? I can't swear to it... but thought I remembered something similar to this and they were told to run a database repair on it. | | | Pete |

I can't find/see it under the tabs, the only time I ever see it is when I pull the plug on my computer. Then it offers/forces it to me saying "the program wasn't properly shut-down last time" or something like that. |

| Posted: | | | | Found it, crossing fingers. Sweet, that did the trick! Thanks for the reply. I actually found it as you were posting where to go, when I started my "found it" reply, your second wasn't there yet but was when I hit submit. Allright, one problem down, next! | | | Last edited: by bigdaddyhorse |

People like me are having quite a comfortable life because of this. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

| Posted: | | | | I've had this occur a few times before also, and a database repair always fixed it. | | | Corey |
