| | Posted: | | | | I've read about this. It's looks kind of cool but the first 3 or is it 4? movies don't have the extra discs that were originally put out. So if you waited until the end for this, you're losing out and if you didn't, you have all the discs already, basically. It does have extra "stuff," like a Marauder's Map but if you look at just the discs, it's really not worth the price. And this is coming from a HUGE Harry Potter fan (as in I have wand replicas and clothing and the books and... fan)! | | | | Lori |

I can't, however, find the link that I saw detailing what it is missing, but after reading a few more reviews, I think it's the extended cuts of the first two movies. You only get the theatrical version. I wish I could find the original comparison I read. Thought it was on DVD Talk forums, but can't hunt it down. That box just looks like overpriced stiff cardstock to me, at least from the pictures and video that's been released thus far. So, I am assuming that this boxset will only included the DVD versions too - at least in the UK. |
