OK.. Even if I have been a end user of DVDP for over 12years this is the first time I want to sort by the retailer that I purchased from.
I know I can create a "CHART" but can not seem to print report??
This option is not showing up in the drop down menus?
And when I have tried to customize the menus it is also missing??
How can I add this??

With DVD Profiler alone, that is not possible. Or at least I'm not aware of it, because you can't sort for "Purchase Place" nor can you filter for it.

Workaround: Get CSVExport, export a list with "Purchase Place" and all the other data you want (price, date etc). Now open this one in Excel or any other spreadsheet and sort it any way you like.

Thanks for the workaround I was afraid that was the case.

Just a lot of my DVD's were purchased used from the former "Blockbuster" chain and I have reached a maximum number disc's I can keep on hand and was going to use this listing to thin out my collection first... for either "Ultraviolet" conversion, storage or recycling.

Update: Just went to download "CSV Export" and it says:

This plug-in is meant to replace the CSV Export feature found in DVDProfiler 2.4 and earlier versions.
Also ran into a server issue: The requested URL "/MarkHarrison/CSVExport-2.1.zip was not found on this server"  ..

Will this plug-in work with the newest release 3.8.x ??  As the current installed export is only for XML?

Another option would be Database Query.  It may be overkill for what you're after.  Or not.  But it will do what you ask and even allow you to save those results as a Flagset for use in the main program.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.

How do you Sort by Retailer with Database Query?
