Opening a disc: Refresh this profile? *

Closing a disc: Abandon changes? (When I made no change whatsoever) *

Backup database?

* Meaning for ALL entries not just the current one.

Anyone?

Well, if you refresh your profiles and make backups, you won't see those warnings.  Not sure if there's a way to turn them off or not (I seem to recall you can't make the backup message go away at this point).
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection.

Turn off backup in: Tools - Options - System (or increase the days between prompts)
