| Posted: | | | | I was just looking through trailers for this year and found some really great looking films. Does anyone have a film that they want to see more than anything else? It can be something on DVD/Bluray or it can be in the theater. I am really looking forward to seeing a bunch. But I think I am most looking forward to the New Star Trek film and Disney's Planes. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm very curious about the new Superman movie Man of Steel. I've yet to see a movie that treats the material not as a comedy or the villains as caricatures.
Despite the effort the Spider-Man and X-Men movies made to make these movies more "serious" and less cartoonish, Superman Returns failed in that regard because they never knew what they wanted Lex Luthor to be. And then the ending! Seriously, what does it say about the greatest superhero of all time when he doesn't reveal his alter ego to the mother of his child?!
The original Superman movie started great but once again when Lex came into the picture it became more of a bad comedy than a good movie. | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | Looking forward to seeing The Hobbit when released to home media.
Star Trek Into Darkness and X-Men Days of Future Past are probably my most anticipated films so far.
Onto blu-ray for the first time that I'm really looking forward to are: Sunset Boulevard - just released here in the UK and currently in the post. Schindler's List in a couple of months Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 extended and Part 2. Carrie (original) here on blu in a couple of months. |
