Will the online view ever get some different layouts? Maybe even custom layouts? |

| Posted: | | | | Seriously folks, this frames layout, circa 1996 stuff has got to go. Users are spending all this time on a templating system dedicated to just about the most useless thing I can think of: print layouts. Are you kidding me?? Okay, that's my complaint for the day, and welcome to the forum! Now, can anything be done about it? |

This project is run by only one programmer and he is currently finalising the "Android"-version, next will (possibly) be the MacOS version, a LINUX-version is frequently asked for too ... so please don't hold your breath waiting for the modernised site-layout. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Thanks for the reply. I think it's a shame that the emphasis has been put on building apps for all the different platforms individually, when a good web implementation on this very .aspx platform would be able to handle most if not all devices quite nicely. Ah well, at least the movie database is large. |

| Posted: | | | | I complained about this to Invelos... I would have to find it again... but I was told that it would be worked on after the Android version. | | | Pete |

It's like night and day, in fact the only reason my collection is online here is to vote on the contributions. Yes, I can see that phpdvdprofiler is already better in terms of basic function. No problem to upload, run, and edit that. Not much to be done about the frames still, but at the very least I can pretty up the ugly CSS and take out the tons of un-needed data on the page for my purposes. |
